My focus is you.
I tailor your therapy to you. Because everyone’s personalities are different, I customize my approaches to fit your specific needs. My sessions offer compassion and support, while building trust. I also love using creative tools and visualization to help you gain clarity, think differently, and make real changes.
While I’m happy to just listen, I prefer to be engaged - asking questions, validating your emotions, challenging your thoughts, and helping you to process more clearly. I strive to create a comfortable, respectful space where you are free to be yourself.
With teletherapy, you can join from anywhere that is private and not distracting. Feel free to snuggle on the couch with your pet, sit by the fire, hang out in your office or go for a walk during our sessions.
the courage to make a change
We all hit moments that feel overwhelming or lonely, even when we’re trying our best. I’m here to support individuals, couples, and parents through those tough times. Our sessions are geared to help you unpack what’s going on, breathe a little easier, and make sense of things. We’ll explore simple tools that help you feel more grounded - and build the strength, freedom, and courage to make the changes that will stick.

Whether you've been recently diagnosed or have been navigating ADHD for years, I offer practical, compassionate support for managing focus, time, relationships, and self-worth. Together, we’ll explore specific tools based on your unique needs to improve focus, reduce frustration, and help you utilize your strengths (and minimize or balance out your struggles) to improve both your personal and professional life.

Anxiety can show up in many ways - racing thoughts, sleepless nights, irritability, fear, chronic worry or panic attacks. Together, we'll identify the root causes, understand your patterns, and develop coping tools that actually work for you. My approach is calming, practical, and focused on helping you feel more in control of your life.

Every relationship has its rough patches and can feel like endless negative cycles. I work with couples to improve communication and listening, rebuild trust, re-discover intimacy and deepen emotional connection. Whether you're navigating a crisis or simply feeling stuck in old patterns, our work will help you understand each other more fully and move forward as a couple, not just partners or roommates.

Parenting can bring immense joy and just as much stress. I work with parents to navigate the challenges of raising children together while managing your own needs and emotions as a couple. Whether you're parenting a neurodivergent child, co-parenting after separation, navigating blended family dynamics or simply feeling overwhelmed, I offer a space to breathe, reflect, and find new strategies. My approach is based on the individual needs of each family dynamic and utilizes a balanced authoritative parenting approach - where parents set clear expectations and boundaries while also being responsive to their child’s needs and emotions

Unexpected hormonal shifts, intense mood swings, identity changes, loss of self-compassion, medical frustrations, marital difficulties, physical decline - midlife can feel like a physical and emotional roller coaster that you can’t get off of. I support women navigating the many stressors associated with perimenopause and this frustrating stage of life with supportive empathy, creative insight, and helpful tools to feel more grounded, empowered, and understood. Keeping our mind body connection open during this time is the key to survival into menopause

Big changes - career shifts, divorce, loss, moving, starting over, empty nesting, aging parents - can leave you feeling absolutely lost. I help clients navigate life’s transitions with clarity, self-compassion, and renewed purpose. This work often involves grieving or letting go of the past, connecting with your current values and exploring who you are now, as well as who you would like to be moving forward.
